Product returns
If you are a consumer or a so-called privileged entrepreneur, you have the right to withdraw from an online sales agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the product, i.e. from the moment the parcel is delivered.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to inform us of your decision before the deadline expires:

After receiving your statement, we will promptly confirm its receipt. Then, please send the returned product to the following address:

After receiving the returned product, we will refund your payment promptly, no later than within 14 days.
Please note that in some cases the right to withdraw from the agreement may not apply. This includes, among others, products made according to the customer’s individual specification, personalised products, perishable goods, and selected digital content if its delivery began with your consent before the end of the 14-day period.

Complaints
We make every effort to ensure that our products comply with the agreement, are carefully made and meet customers’ expectations. However, if you believe that the product you purchased does not comply with the agreement or is defective, you may submit a complaint.
For goods purchased from 1 January 2023, we are liable towards consumers and so-called privileged entrepreneurs for any lack of conformity of the goods with the agreement that existed at the time of delivery and was revealed within 2 years from that moment, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.
In relation to other entrepreneurs, liability is considered in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
For goods purchased up to 31 December 2022, we are liable under warranty for product defects if the defect is found within 2 years from the date the product was handed over, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.

In your complaint, please indicate which product the complaint concerns, describe the problem and specify your expected resolution, for example:
- product repair,
- product replacement,
- price reduction,
- refund.

Please do not send parcels with cash on delivery.
Complaints are reviewed no later than within 14 days from the date we receive the complained product.
